The Seven Gods of Good Fortune are 7 deities associated with Buddhism, Taoism and Shinto. The name of these 7 deities are as Hotei, Daikokuten, Benzaiten, Bishamonten, Ebisu, Fukurokuji and Jurojin.

The description and significant of these 7 deities are as followings:
  • Hotei: He has a huge stomach. He is known as laughing Buddha and stands for happiness and good luck;
  • Daikokuten: He is wearing a hood and holding a mallet. He is known as Hindu god and represents wealth and prosperity;
  • Benzaiten: He is wearing a garment and holding a lute. She is known as Indian goddess and stands of literature and art;
  • Bishamonten: He has army wearing and holding one pagoda. He is known as the god of warrior and has the meanings of protections;
  • Ebisu: He is holding one fish. He is known as the god of the wealth and bringing good fortune;
